This computer had Windows XP Home edition and several other software preinstalled. Before opening the box, i did read on Internet the End User Licence Agreement (EULA) of Microsoft Windows, which acceptation is necessary to use this software, and the other Windows-based softwares included (Microsoft Works Suite 2004, Cyberlink Power DVD, Norton AntiVirus, Pinnacle Studio, Pinacle Instant CD/DVD, ...) I do not accept the terms and conditions of this EULA. As stated in this contract, i'm asking you for a refund for the softwares included in my computer. I declare that none of the preinstalled software has been used, and having, the very day of purchase, installed another operating system already in my possession. The hard drive was formatted during this operation, erasing all the preinstalled software. All the supplied CDs are still in the sealed bag, attesting neither use nor copy has been made. I precise that the computer gives all satsfaction. Please tell me the procedure to return the supplied CDs and athenticity certificate, in exchange of the refund for all the preinstalled software.
