Your Subject: Refund Information - Not Required Your Message: I bought yesterday a computer with (among others) Microsoft Windows XP Home edition and Norton Antivirus preintalled. I do not accept the terms of the Windows licence agreement, and ask the vendor for a refund. As i'm not using Windows on this computer, a windows-compatible version of Norton Antivirus will be no use for me. Therefore i would like to know how to get a refund for it. Should i ask you directly, or act globally for all the windows-related software bundled ? Also, I did not find the text of the licence for Norton Antivirus on your website. I could not look at the one on my computer, as i formated the Windows disk, and keep the seals on the CDs. Could you please send it to me ?
